3. To approve the minutes of the previous meeting as being a true record of the

   proceedings.

4. Opportunity for any parishioner to raise a matter of concern.
5. Opportunity for any County Councillor and / or District Councillor to update the

   Parish Council on any matter of relevance or concern.

6. Report on the liaison between the Parish and the Parishes of Stanton Harcourt,

   Sutton and Standlake.

7. Constitutional.
   1. a)  Proposed change of Parish Council name to the ‘Parish Council of South Leigh and High Cogges’.
   2. b)  Parish Council representative for South Leigh Charity.
8. Payments to approve. Change of bank account.
9. Newsletter.

11. A40 and Shores Green – Briefing from OCC pre-planning application being

    submitted on 6th December.

12. Proposed solar farm at Tar Farm.
13. Liaison with Eynsham Estate footpaths and other matters.
14. Precept – pre discussion how this might be affected by money due to be

    received by Twelve Acre Farm.

15. The Lymbrook.
    1. a)  Nature.
    2. b)  Pollution – Lymbrook Close sewage plant.
16. Facilities – updates.
    1. a)  Village hall and defibrillator.
    2. b)  Village green.
    3. c)  Playground.

17. Responses to any planning matters 68 Church End, A40 HIF Scheme, Tar
